Commercial access scope.
PostOpz separates task-scoped retrieval rights from model-training, corpus-ingestion, redistribution, and OEM rights. The same intellectual-property boundary applies whether access is purchased through an annual license or an autonomous x402 pay-per-call transaction.
Autonomous x402 Access · pay per call
Task-scoped machine retrieval- A successful x402 payment authorizes one task-scoped retrieval response from the specific paid endpoint.
- Current unit pricing is $0.50 for workflow guidance, $0.35 for a checklist, and $0.75 for a workflow audit; the machine-readable payment requirement returned at request time controls the exact transaction.
- The resulting answer may be used by the paying agent or its authorized user for the immediate operational task that triggered the request.
- Payment does not create ownership of the Framework source knowledge, a perpetual license to the corpus, or permission to systematically accumulate responses into a substitute knowledge base.
- Model training, fine-tuning, distillation, bulk embedding, redistribution, resale, and OEM incorporation remain excluded unless separately licensed in writing.
Developer Agent License · $799/year
One internal agent or application- Authenticated access to the PostOpz Framework Agent API.
- Up to 500 included retrieval queries per month.
- Internal development, testing, and commercial prototyping for one agent or application.
- Task-scoped answers, diagnostics, checklists, and workflow guidance may be shown to authorized users of that application.
Studio Agent License · $3,500/year
Internal post-team deployment- Authenticated access to the PostOpz Framework Agent API.
- Up to 5,000 included retrieval queries per month.
- Multiple internal agent workflows used by the licensed studio or post-production team.
- Internal operational use across editorial preparation, workflow diagnostics, checklists, and project-standardization tasks.
What standard access does not grant
Model training
No training, fine-tuning, distillation, synthetic-data generation, or benchmark-dataset creation using the Framework corpus or systematic API extraction.
Corpus ingestion
No bulk embedding, indexing, mirroring, caching, or reconstruction intended to reproduce a substitute knowledge base.
Redistribution
No resale, sublicensing, public republication, dataset distribution, or transfer of the underlying Framework knowledge corpus.
OEM / white-label
No incorporation of the Framework corpus as a persistent knowledge layer inside a third-party commercial product without a separate written license.
Enterprise / Model License
A separate written enterprise agreement is required for model training, fine-tuning, distillation, corpus ingestion, OEM embedding, redistribution, high-volume commercial deployment outside the published access scopes, or other uses outside Developer, Studio, and bounded x402 retrieval. Operational safeguards
- Annual API credentials may not be shared outside the licensed organization or application scope.
- Automated scraping, repeated paid calls, or query patterns intended to reconstruct, benchmark, mirror, or distill the Framework are outside the permitted scope.
- PostOpz may apply usage limits, burst-rate limits, credential controls, automated abuse detection, extraction-pattern monitoring, account or output attribution, and suspension or review when activity materially exceeds permitted retrieval use.
- Attempts to evade safeguards, rotate credentials to defeat limits, or distribute extraction across accounts do not expand the licensed scope.
- Do not submit source media or confidential production information unless you have authority to process it through the service.
- Editorial guidance remains subject to project-specific requirements, network/vendor specifications, and professional judgment.
