Instead of assembling a remote edit environment from scratch, start with a standardized bay and make only the adjustments your production needs.
Pick the workstation tier, monthly hours and shared-media allocation that fit your production.
Use PostOpz Framework defaults or request a configuration aligned to your established editorial workflow.
PostOpz coordinates applications, permissions, folders, access checks and an editor-ready project environment.
Log in remotely, confirm playback and media access, and begin cutting in a tested environment.
Once media, licenses and a validated base environment are already prepared, our goal is to activate an editor in approximately 30 minutes. New footage ingest, custom integrations and first-time builds require more lead time. This is a pilot target, not a guaranteed SLA.
Remotely accessible GPU workstation with planned computing hours and a consistent software environment.
Shared file access structured around editorial media, project needs and permission boundaries.
Centralized visibility, indexing and media organization without forcing editors to become infrastructure managers.
Predictable folder structures, sequence templates, naming guidance and turnover organization—with customization available.
Onboarding, readiness verification and scoped support shaped by real documentary and unscripted workflows.
LucidLink and iconik are third-party services. Included allocations, licensing, supported codecs, backup scope and integrations are confirmed in the pilot proposal.

Premiere Pro is the intended first pilot platform. Avid and Resolve configurations are available for a feasibility conversation, not currently included in this automated price estimate. Software licenses are not included.
Bring a single freelancer online without shipping hardware—or give a production company a repeatable way to activate additional bays as its team grows.
That is our target for activating an editor in an already prepared, validated bay when the required media and licenses are ready. Initial workstation setup, source ingest and advanced customizations take longer. We will define a realistic onboarding window in your pilot scope.
No. The PostOpz Framework is the default. Select custom configuration and we can scope your team's naming, folder structure, templates, permissions and handoff conventions.
The first pilot is designed around a validated Premiere Pro workflow. Adobe and other NLE software licenses are the customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed. Avid and Resolve environments require a separate compatibility and licensing assessment.
Your selected plan has a monthly computing allowance, not unlimited 24/7 use. Overages, additional shifts and heavy workloads will be agreed in advance so cloud compute costs stay predictable.
Shared active media capacity is included as specified. Backup, archive, retention, restores and bulk transfers require a separately documented policy and may incur additional fees. Cloud access is not a backup strategy.
Yes, this is a planned add-on path. A custom team quote can credit existing shared media management and support arrangements so your production does not pay twice for the same services.
Tell us what you are cutting and when your editor needs to be online. We will review your configuration, confirm technical feasibility and provide an actual quote before any commitment.
